Accessing Your Online Account
If you are currently registered as a doctor with the Medical Council, you will automatically have an online account and should have received your username and password by email. These details may be used to login to your secure online account.
My account has been blocked
Your online account may have been blocked temporarily if you have tried to log in with incorrect details. This block should be automatically lifted after 2 hours, at which time you will need to reset your password through “Forgot your username/password” button on the login page.
I have forgotten my username or password
If you have forgotten either your username or password, you may use the “Forgot your username/password” button on the login page.
Enter your username OR email address and the given Captcha. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. The reset password link in the email will be active for 3 hours only. Once the password is reset you should be able to log in using your new password.
I am unable to reset my password because I have a new email address
If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to the email address on record, please contact Registration to change your email address. Any change of personal details will take 24 hours to update on your online account.
