IN THE MATTER OF PART 9 OF THE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT, 2007

The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry on 9th July, 2010, found the practitioner guilty of professional misconduct and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 8th September, 2010, decided to suspend the Practitioner's name from the Register of Medical Practitioners for a period of six months and to attach conditions to the practitioner's name.

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 18th October, 2010.
